The App is a free mobile application that allows users to download it at no cost, with the option to purchase additional in-app features or content ("In-App Purchases").

Under no circumstances will the App's owner or its licensors be held liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the App or any related In-App Purchases.
